Step 2: Tell us about your project
Tell us as much as you can about your needs – what application will the Litz wire be used for? In what type of environmental conditions? Do you have specific frequency and/or power carrying requirements? The more details you can give us, the better. And if you have a specification you are designing to, don’t forget to share that with us well. Not sure about some of the details? Don’t worry – we’ll figure that out together.
Step 3: Your personal technical salesperson
We’ll connect you with a technical salesperson who will gather your information and share it with our team of experienced Litz design engineers. There will likely be some back and forth between you, your sales representative, and our engineering team as we work together to custom build the perfect Litz construction for your application and technical requirements.
Step 4: Finalize the project plan and pricing
Once we settle on a design together, we’ll get pricing, lead time, and all the other details for your order together. After your review and acceptance of our quote, we’ll get your order in our system and will begin the build process. Your custom Litz wire will be on its way to you shortly!
Step 5: We make your custom Litz wire
Many of our machine operators have decades of experience in the wire and cable industry and are supported by a large staff of process technicians and product and process engineers. You can be assured that your Litz wire will be manufactured to the highest standards and with impeccable quality.
Step 6: Project delivery and what comes next
With some of the shortest lead times in the industry, your project will be delivered accurately and quickly. As always, if at any time questions arise, we’re only a phone call or email away.
